One of the newer dive points in Panglao, Napaling is turning out to be a favourite for visitors. Located at a deep drop off, 10 meters from the cliff, large schools of sardines form just at the underwater ledge. This gives divers and snorkelers an easier time to swim and observe their underwater performances as they dodge larger predatory fish.
